This year’s Soul on the Water headliner is the the multi-talented, grammy-award winning, singer-songwriter, Bilal!

As a favorite collaborator of artists including Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Robert Glasper and many others, look forward to savoring his signature vocals as the sun begins to set over the Puget Sound.
