Almost the Weekend: Craft Cocktail Recipes

"The Global Citizen" Cocktail

• 1 ½ oz. Rhum Barbancourt

• ½ oz. Grandeza

• ½ oz. Gran Classico

• ½ oz. Svöl Aquavit

• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters

Combine ingredients, add ice, stir. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an orange twist.

Commitment To Understanding Cocktail

• 1 oz. Cadée Vodka

• ½ oz. Giffard Pêche de Vigne

• ½ oz. Cocchi Americano

• ½ oz. Lemon Juice

• ¼ oz. Honey Syrup Prosecco

Combine all ingredients except Prosecco, add ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

It’s Funky Out Here

• 1 ½ oz. Mezcal Unión

• ½ oz. Laphroaig Whisky

• ½ oz. Suze Apéritif

• ¾ oz. Pineapple Juice

• ¼ oz. Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients, add ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a thai pepper skewered on a cocktail pick.

The Purple Bulldog

• 2 oz. MD 20/20

• 1 oz. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin

• ½ oz. Giffard Cassis Noir de Bourgogne

• ¼ oz. Lime Juice

• Addition Black Pepper Cocktail Spice

• Soda Water

Combine all ingredients except soda water, add ice, shake, strain into a large collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a skewered blackberry.
