What sets Creamy Cone apart, Mayfield explained, is not only its wide selection of over 30 rotating flavors—including the signature banana pudding created by her sister—but also the attention to detail. Guests can expect vegan, non-dairy, and gluten-free options, as well as a personalized sundae bar experience complete with toppings and coconut-based whipped cream. “Customer service is everything,” Mayfield said, emphasizing her commitment to making each client feel valued and respected.
Though Creamy Cone’s physical location may be winding down in the near future, Mayfield reassured fans that the business isn’t going anywhere. Catering services are available for birthdays, baby showers, corporate functions, and more. As she put it, “We’re not closing—we’re just shifting where our energy goes.”
