Seattle, WA - Rainier Avenue Radio is proud to announce the return of its Community Election Connection series, running September 15 – October 26, 2025. This series will bring debates, candidate interviews, community forums, and in-depth analysis to South Seattle and beyond. With over 50,000 monthly listeners across King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties and a wide-reaching social media presence, Rainier Avenue Radio ensures voters are informed and engaged on the most pressing issues leading up to this year’s election.The Community Election Connection will feature candidate interviews, debates, and community panels on topics such as:

All debates will be hosted at the historic Columbia City Theater, are FREE, and broadcast live across Rainier Avenue Radio’s multimedia platforms.Police Accountability Series in Partnership with the Community Police CommissionIn addition, Rainier Avenue Radio is collaborating with the Community Police Commission (CPC) to produce a four-part Police Accountability Series hosted by Tony B, with CPC Executive Director Eci Ameh as a special guest for each discussion, alongside community members and expert voices. The series will tackle critical issues shaping policing and public safety in Seattle and airs 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on the following dates:
September 15: The Consent Decree: Its impact on policing in Seattle
September 25: The Chronic Nuisance Law and its effects on communities
September 30: Police Surveillance Cameras and public safety concerns
Town Hall Meeting (October 21st): A community forum on Police Accountability, live from Columbia City Theater 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
