Revisit the best of #TheDayWithTrae from 2022

This year featured the debut of The Day With Trae, as TraeAnna Holiday became the sole host of Converge’s flagship show in June. Her mix of commentary, interviews, and community-focused content has created memorable moments and engaging episodes throughout all of 2022.

“It meant the world to me to be able to establish the foundation of being a major resource for people throughout our community,” Holiday said. “This is really my life’s work and the work that I wanted to do in media.”

Trae recently released her best-of episodes, featuring conversations with Heru Tchaasamen, Isiah Anderson Jr., Michelle Lang-Raymond, Amanda Seales, Curtiss Calhoun, and Baba Ron Chisom.

“This year was an establishment of us having our own talk show in the Black community that can uplift the work that is being done in the community,” Holiday said. “It’s also created a place for people to get information on the resources and programs that are out there for community members.”

Trae says that she feels she’s stepping into her purpose as a public figure and as someone the community can look to.

“I’m here to be a conduit of information to the public,” Holiday said. “This is a dream come true and it ties back in to a lot of my spiritual goals. I want to be able to inspire people and change their lives for the better.”

“I want to interview more people and build a wider reach across the state and region, to be able to uplift more of the work that is being done in communities around the Pacific Northwest to support individuals, businesses and more,” Holiday said. “I want people to really start to see The Day With Trae as a major resource for information and storytelling which uplifts strength and power in our communities.”
