Tonight: Kickoff Party with Frank McComb!
Join us tonight, Friday, July 11th, at 7:00 PM at the WOW Gallery for the "Breathing Black Love" kickoff party. This exciting event will feature a performance by acclaimed musician Frank McComb, setting the tone for a weekend of inspiration and healing.
This Saturday: The Series Begins!
The "Breathing Black Love" series officially begins this Saturday, July 12th, at 11:00 AM at the WOW Gallery. Heru TchaasAmen will guide participants through powerful meditation, visualization, and breathwork exercises. This foundational program is structured in three levels, focusing on activating essential "heart qualities" such as trust, self-love, and a deep reverence for all things.
Why is This Series Important?
Heru TchaasAmen emphasizes that proper breathing is fundamental to all healing modalities and overall well-being. He shared on "The Day with Trae" that many people breathe improperly, often through their mouths, leading to an imbalance of oxygen and carbon dioxide, which can contribute to various health issues like inflammation, sleep apnea, asthma, and anxiety. Through techniques like the "control pause" and mindful breathing, participants will learn to rebalance their body chemistry and alleviate these symptoms without relying on medications.
The "Breathing Black Love" series draws a powerful connection to ancient civilizations that understood conscious breathing's importance for spiritual and physical well-being. TchaasAmen believes that intentional breathing allows humans to elevate their experience beyond survival instinct, fostering creativity, healing, and genius.
Who Should Attend?
This profound series is open to all Black people, regardless of relationship status, gender, or age, who are seeking to heal, rebalance, and activate their innate potential. Donations are welcome for the Saturday sessions.
Don't miss this opportunity to "catch your breath," "reclaim your ancestral way of breathing," and "activate your genius" this weekend!
