The Converge Media Telethon: Powered By The People is Happening All Day This Giving Tuesday!
This Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2, the Converge Media family is coming together for The Converge Media Telethon: Powered By The People in the Black Media Matters Studio. This eight-hour live stream in partnership with the Northwest Film Forum is your opportunity to hang out with the big names of Converge, celebrate incredible stories, and donate to ensure independent Black media stays alive in the Pacific Northwest.
Instead of a traditional fundraiser, the Converge team is demonstrating the full value of its independent media platform by showcasing the breadth of its programming. Thanks to our fiscal sponsor, the Northwest Film Forum (NWFF), there is the opportunity for tax-deductible donations.
The entire Converge team, including The Big O, Deaunte Damper, Trae Holiday, Besa Gordon, Curtis Delgardo II, and Takiyah “TDUB” Ward, and Erik Kalligraphy, will keep the vibes alive and the conversations flowing from everything from news and civic health, business, local policy, and arts and culture.
HOW TO JOIN THE LIFESTREAM
Join the livestream on all Converge streaming platforms between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 2. Bookmark this page for easy access tomorrow!
