Monday's episode features Anthony and Marlie Love of "Traveling While Black." They will share their journey since launching their platform in 2019, highlighting its evolution to longer, documentary-style episodes that delve into rich histories and vibrant cultures. The couple will also announce exciting news, including a second season on Fox Soul and their new "TWWB in Seattle" tours, which invite participants to explore Seattle's neighborhoods, learn its history, and support local Black-owned businesses. Trae Holiday will commend the Loves for their commitment and innovative content, underscoring the power of sharing personal experiences.

Tuesday: Heru TchaasAmen, a newly certified Buteyko breathing specialist, will join the show to discuss his expertise and the upcoming "Breathing Black Love" series. TchaasAmen will explain how his certification allows him to address breathing patterns that contribute to various illnesses and inflammation. He will introduce the "control pause" technique and offer practical tips for healthier breathing habits. A significant portion of the discussion will focus on his new 15-part "Breathing Black Love" series at the Wow Gallery, aiming to help attendees reclaim their "ancestral breath" and activate "heart qualities." The kickoff party is on July 11th at 7:00 PM at Wow Gallery, featuring musician Frank McComb, followed by weekly sessions every Saturday at 11:00 AM.

Wednesday: Tamica Gant, a registered nurse and founder of Abundance Health LLC, will appear to discuss her initiative addressing health disparities in Tacoma's East Side. Gant will share the inspiration behind the BIPOC Health and Wellness Fair, born from her passion for community service in an area she identifies as a "medical, nutritional, and financial desert." The second annual fair is scheduled for July 26th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the East Side Community Center. Gant will highlight the fair's comprehensive services, including free dental and hair care, a vaccine clinic, a blood drive, and scholarships for students of color in health and wellness.

Thursday: Shayla Akande, the new CEO of Cierra Sisters, will discuss her transition into leadership and the organization's vital work. Akande will share her mother's vision for Cierra Sisters, emphasizing it as a legacy "for us by us" focused on healing through community. She will provide background on the organization, founded over 28 years ago to support Black women and women of color with breast cancer diagnoses through screenings, clinical trial awareness, and holistic aid. Akande will also highlight the new focus on caregiver support and upcoming events, including the "Wellness on the Block Festival" on July 19th, featuring a block walk, holistic wellness services, and interactive tools for breast cancer awareness.

Friday: Cleveland King II, a branch executive at the YMCA overseeing the West Seattle and Fauntleroy branches, will join Trae Holiday. King will share his personal journey from public service to the YMCA, highlighting his desire for direct community engagement and the significance of returning to the Meredith Matthews YMCA where he grew up. He will discuss YMCA Greater Seattle's holistic approach to health and his efforts to re-establish the YMCA as a central community hub, especially after the pandemic. King will also touch on his recent "Westsider of the Year" recognition and emphasize the paramount importance of genuine relationships and understanding community needs.
