Totem Star's Melodic Haven: Ground Zero Radio Spotlights a Free Music Haven for Youth

Excited to announce that the youth-led radio station, Ground Zero Radio, will be joining Back2Besa once a month. Their goal is to connect local communities, amplify youth voices, and inspire new leaders. This week, Lucia Flores-Wiseman brings us a story about Totem Star, a new studio near the King Street Station that's FREE and open for youth ages 14-25. It's amazing to see a space where money isn't a barrier for young musicians to make their music.

Shoutout to Lucia and the all-female production crew of Kylie Rowland and Riley O'Brien for producing this story. Keep up with Ground Zero Radio at gzradio.org

This segment originally aired on Back2Besa hosted by Besa Gordon. You can see new episodes of Back2Besa each Saturday at 10:30 pm and the replay on Sunday at 10 am on FOX 13 +
