Besa Gordon Talks Self-Care Strategies and Inner Peace on Good Day Seattle

Besa Gordon joined Good Day Seattle on Thursday to discuss practical self-care strategies for resetting and recharging during dreary winter weather. Gordon emphasized that finding moments of solitude is a necessity rather than a luxury, describing it as a "sacred rendezvous" with one's soul.

“I'm no psychiatrist or doctor, but I have my own little ways of recharging and keeping it moving when it's gross outside,” she said.

For Gordon, alone time serves as a fertile ground for self-discovery and personal growth by allowing for quiet reflection on life goals and aspirations, she said. Besa shared her personal methods for recharging, which include meditation, cleaning, taking baths, and watching wrestling to find inner peace and gratitude.

Looking ahead, Back2Besa will celebrate Women's History Month this weekend by highlighting six women who own businesses and are doing “dope things” within the community.
