Creative Justice: A Sacred Refuge for Youth to Imagine a New World

Creative Justice programs provide a sanctuary for young people, particularly underrepresented youth, offering sacred spaces where they can be their full selves. Beyond being a refuge, these programs provide essential wraparound services including food, transportation, housing support, and rent relief.

The organization’s tenth-anniversary event showcased the energy of its community through a packed house and numerous performances. For many youth, this space offers a critical alternative to negative influences by providing positive role models and mentors. It acts as a safe haven from personal or family issues, allowing individuals to feel supported by people who are truly invested in their well-being and the progress of the community.
