Kolawole Akinlosotu of Africa Now on upcoming Pan-African Perspectives

#TheDayWithTrae - Meet Kolawole Akinlosotu, a Sr. Program Manager at Common Power, a civic action organization that moves people from education to action. Growing up in an immigrant household in one of the most diverse school systems in Washington, Kolawole developed a passion for history and culture. Fuelled by his desire to create new systems that prioritize sustainable development, he consistently incorporates storytelling and bridging cultural, education, and talent gaps in his work.

Kolawole is also the founder of Africa Now, a non-profit that educates and connects the African Diaspora, and Represent Solutions, an agency connecting resources to the community.
