Meet Malik Banks, a 27-year-old aspiring business leader, he dedicates his time to mentoring youth in Tacoma. His approach involves organizing engaging events like talent shows, basketball tournaments, and barbecues. Malik's journey in mentoring began at 16, caring for his younger brother in a single-parent household. In his leisure, he enjoys rapping and playing basketball. Together with his brother Keyshawn Banks, Malik co-founded a non-profit benefiting over 100 youth yearly, focusing on talent development and media promotion.
