From Lagos With Love: The Art of Olumide Oresegun

We have talked about Taswira, a cultural art gallery and event space in Pioneer Square owned by Avery Barnes, a few times on the show. But did you know, they recently put in a new exhibit by Olumide Oresegun?

Let’s talk about it, Olumide is one of Africa’s top contemporary hyperrealists. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, his art has been in prestigious places all over Africa, Europe, Australia, France, and Dubai, including Sotheby’s Auction House Collections —- and the Vatican.
