Rain City Showcase 2023: Clippers top Jazz as Seattle shows out
The Los Angeles Clippers were the "Home" team tonight, hosting the Utah Jazz and winning behind a strong effort from Kawhi Leonard. The stars were on display at CPA, as numerous Seattle sports legends including Lenny Wilkens, Sue Bird, Bobby Wagner, and current players like J.P. Crawford and Jordan Horston were present at the game. The city of Seattle continues to show out, proving why it deserves an NBA team once again.

Pier Party: A Night to Remember on the Iconic Pier 62 to Support the Expansion of Seattle’s Waterfront Park
Friends of Waterfront Seattle brought the community out to Pier 62 for Pier Party, a fundraiser for the work being done by the organization as part of their expansive goal to create space for all of Seattle to enjoy the waterfront which raised nearly $200,000.
Indigenous People’s Day March in Seattle Honors Elders, Celebrates Heritage
Yesterday, Seattle celebrated its second official Indigenous People’s Day with various events including a parade and rally at Westlake Park. The theme of the day was ‘Honoring Our Elders: Past and Present’ and the march was hosted by the United Indians Of All Tribes Foundation. Following the march, many of those present gathered at city hall.
