Hosted within the privacy of her own home, the exclusive venture welcomes just eight guests at a time for a meticulously curated five-to-seven-course meal. Transitioning from a career in law enforcement, Chef Trammell now uses her kitchen as a stage for fostering vulnerability and meaningful conversation. She deliberately pairs each culinary course with a thematic concept, such as using the resting period of a steak to explore metaphors of rest within personal relationships.
