What makes a good leader? Miriam Mboya, a candidate for King County Council District 2, shared her insights on the importance of experiential leadership on The Pop-Up! last week with host The Big O.

She said that effective leaders should come directly from the community and possess lived experiences, rather than relying solely on theoretical backgrounds, to truly empathize with and solve local crises.
