Honoring Trae Holiday for Women's History Month

In celebration of Women's History Month, it is my distinct honor to celebrate the legendary journey of TraeAnna Holiday. Trae is much more than a media personality; she is a visionary, a powerhouse, and the heartbeat of our community.

Her journey is rooted in the power of authenticity and the impact of staying true to one's roots. From the defiant mission of "putting paint where it ain’t" in the Central District to becoming "Seattle’s Oprah," Trae has never wavered in her commitment to uplifting and amplifying the voices that deserve to be heard.

We’ve watched her grow from the back-room production of Community Corner to leading the Morning Update Show with a grace and spirit that is simply unmatched. As we roll out Season 4 of The Day With Trae, her energy and optimism continue to light the way for us all.

Trae, we honor you—not just for what you do, but for the woman and leader you are. You have flourished in your purpose and, in doing so, have helped an entire community to flourish alongside you.

The journey continues, and the very best is yet to come!
