Seattle Exhales: Besa Gordon Captures the Super Bowl Parade Energy

Back2Besa host Besa Gordon was living her best life out at the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl celebration last week. First, she walked down from First Hill into downtown Seattle and immediately realized the city was packed. “

I haven’t seen this many people in downtown Seattle at one time since the last time the Seahawks won the Super Bowl — 12 years ago!” she said.

Gordon wasn’t out there alone. Her producers Mathew Bermudez and Belinda Garcia were riding the parade with her in the streets, soaking up the good vibes. Meanwhile, Erik Kalligraphy and Gordon’s fellow queen of Converge, Trae Holiday, were inside Lumen for the trophy ceremony.

Afterwards, the crew headed down to the International District on Jackson, and that’s where the energy really hit peak. As the Seahawks rolled up 4th Avenue, it felt like the entire city collectively exhaled in celebration, she said.

“All I saw was people together, cheering, celebrating, and just genuinely proud of our Seahawks. And honestly? It was a beautiful thing to witness,” Gordon said.
