Deaunte Damper To Mark the 100th Episode of We Live in Color With Christopher Livingston and Jaelynn Scott

We’ve reached a major milestone, and we want you there to celebrate with us! Join Converge Media for the 100th episode of We Live in Color, a special live event celebrating host Deaunte Damper and the Season 4 finale, taking place on Thursday, September 10th at the historic Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute.

As Deaunte takes center stage for the season finale, he’ll reflect on the show’s legacy and the incredible guests who have helped build this platform. He’ll also welcome two special guests: actor Christopher Livingston and Lavender Rights Project Executive Director Jaelynn Scott.

Livingston is an accomplished actor, Seattle native, and proud Garfield High School graduate whose work spans television, film, and theater. He is best known for his portrayal of Wayne Williams in Netflix’s acclaimed series Mindhunter, along with appearances in 9-1-1, Grey’s Anatomy, and WeCrashed.

Jaelynn Scott serves as the Executive Director of the Lavender Rights Project, where she directs legal and social advocacy for gender-diverse communities. Additionally, she is a political candidate campaigning for the Washington State House of Representatives to represent the 37th Legislative District, Position 2.

Beyond the conversation, the night will feature updates from Seattle Gay News, live reflections from Randy Ford, a special tribute to the show, and reflections from We Live In Color director Erik Kalligraphy and Converge Media co-founder Omari Salisbury.

Whether you’ve been with us since episode one or are just discovering the magic, this is our chance to gather as a community, celebrate Black queer voices, and look ahead to what's next.
