Seattle and King County Election Persists, Mayor and County Executive Races Still Up For Grabs

The third round of Seattle and King County 2025 General Election results are in. As of 4 p.m. PST on November 6, many races have been called, while the races for Seattle Mayor and King County Executive remain up in the air. The results stand as follows, according to kingcounty.gov:

Seattle Mayor: Bruce Harrell leads Katie Wilson 52.64% to 46.93%

King County Executive: Girmay Zahilay leads Claudia Balducci 51.73% to 47.05%

Seattle City Attorney: Erika Evans defeats Ann Davison, currently 63.90% to 35.86%

Seattle City Council District 2: Eddie Lin defeats Adonis Ducksworth, currently 67.96% to 31.65%

Seattle City Council Position 8: Alexis Mercedes Rinck defeats Rachael Savage, currently 79.86% to 19.48%

Seattle City Council Position 9: Dionne Foster defeats Sara Nelson, currently at 59.52% to 40.12%

City of Seattle Proposition 1: Yes: 78.06% No: 21.94%

King County Proposition 1: Yes: 80.10% No: 19.90%

There are still a considerable number of ballots to count. Visit kingcounty.gov to receive updates on the 2025 election. Initial results will be updated at 4 p.m. on weekdays until final certification on November 25.
