Steelheads’ ‘Sox’ knocked off in the final stretch; fall 4-3 to Chicago in extras

As the team celebrated their Salute to the Negro Leagues, the Seattle Steelheads fell to the Chicago White Sox in game two of their series, sending this to tomorrow’s rubber match. Seattle was unable to take the win in extra innings, failing to get the tying run across to keep the game going.

Marlins sink Mariners sweep attempt with 4-1 victory behind strong night from Eury Perez

For the third consecutive year, the Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) will provide millions in relief to support and retain child care workers.
