The Seattle Storm started off the second half of the 2023 season off with a tough loss to the Las Vegas Aces, as Seattle had definite bright spots with obvious weak points. The Storm continue to plug away on different holes, but it seems whenever they do that another hole busts wide open.

As part of Major League Baseball’s All-Star Week Celebrations, they broke ground on the renovation of the baseball fields at Rainier Playfield. This project is part of MLB’s #LegacyFields Legacy Initiative, which seeks to create lasting impact within All-Star host cities.
