Today, we celebrate Besa Gordon, the host of Back2Besa and a true Queen of Converge on her birthday. Last week on Besa’s Back2Besa birthday special, she gave us a look behind the scenes into not just shooting her beloved show in the FOX 13 Studio, but into her reflections, hopes, and manifestations as she closes out her most recent trip around the sun. 

Every week, Besa inspires us all on and off the camera, demonstrating incredible grace, growth, and gratitude as she navigates her journey. As the driving force behind Back2Besa on FOX 13 Seattle, her platform is unabashedly her, and celebrates authenticity while simultaneously building her own growth in real time. Just as she has learned to scream her truth from the rooftops this year, we scream our love and appreciation for all Besa does in uplifting our community’s stories and breathing air into our lives with her sparkling personality, courageous vulnerability, and inspiring passion for telling better stories. 

Every challenge and lesson over the past year has shaped this present version of Besa, who creates, heals, and still shows up with joy no matter what the season brings. For her, this coming year is about being grounded in peace and creating personal growth in real time, recognizing that it's not about shining, it's about showing up for herself, her people, and the moments that matter.
