The Seattle/King County Clinic is returning to Seattle Center from April 23–26, 2026, offering the community free dental, vision, and medical care. This four-day event is the largest community-driven free health clinic of its kind in the United States, made possible by Seattle Center, Seattle Center Foundation, and thousands of volunteers.
A Low-Barrier, High-Impact Event
The clinic will transform the Seattle Center campus into a fully functioning healthcare operation, funded entirely by grants and donations. Patients do not need to provide any documentation, proof of income, insurance, or immigration status to receive care, the clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance registration or appointments are available.
Comprehensive Services Available
Each year, the clinic serves over 3,000 people in need. The project exists to address significant gaps in our healthcare system by treating the immediate needs of uninsured and underinsured individuals. Beyond clinical care, the clinic saves patients more than $2.5 million in out-of-pocket costs annually and introduces them to local resources for ongoing health management.
The Seattle/King County Clinic offers a wide range of services designed to improve quality of life:
Dental Care: With over 90 chairs, dental services include cleanings, fillings, extractions, X-rays, root canals, crowns, and temporary partial teeth.
Vision Care: Patients receive comprehensive eye exams and can choose from hundreds of new frames for made-to-order prescription glasses.
Medical Care: More than 15 services are available, including primary care, diagnostic tests, behavioral health, acupuncture, and dermatology.
Social Services: Social workers and health insurance navigators are on hand to connect patients with necessary resources.
Who Is The Clinic Serving?
Everyone from the elderly, low-income wage earners, immigrants, refugees, and college students is welcome at the clinic. The clinic also targets the 'missing middle'—individuals who earn too much to qualify for assistance but not enough to afford healthcare.
For all involved, the goal is to treat every patient with honor and respect, recognizing them as neighbors, co-workers, family, and friends struggling with treatable needs.
